Leave the light on for unwelcome visitors.

Selling a vacant home can be a scary endeavor. Vandals and thieves seek out vacant homes to do their business in. If you are trying to sell your vacant home you should make a small investment in a couple of cheep (yard sale) lamps and tables and purchase timers for each one. You or your agent should set them up in a couple of rooms and time them to go on and off during the night. This will discourage unwanted attention to a dark house.

I know a lot of good people who have jobs but think they can’t purchase a home because they lack the down payment. Well read on and see why I love California.

If you live in California and want to buy a home you have an advantage over other house hunter’s in another state. Because our states economy is closely tied to the real estate market the state government have passed bond measures allowing the state to offer homebuyers a deferred-payment junior loan for 3% of the purchase price of a home. In other words if you take your loan to FHA you only have to come up with 1/2% down payment.
If you are a city, state, public employee or teacher the state is offering a deferred loan payment for 17% of the purchase price for 5 years with no interest (Free Money).
If you are thinking about buying a home NOW IS THE TIME. With home prices and interest rates at an all time low see if you qualify for one of California’s stimulus programs.
Call me for an over the phone no-obligation consultation. The only thing you have to lose is your dream home. (818) 488-8016
